Baytree Cattery is a licensed boarding establishment. The public has a right to expect that all the premises used by Baytree Cattery satisfy the basic standards relating to the health, welfare and safety of all the animals boarded with us. We are confident that we not only meet these basic standards, but also far exceed them.
Competence of staff
We will act openly and fairly at all times and ensure that your pet is looked after by competent, knowledgeable staff and that it will receive regular, individual attention several times a day. Apart from the occasional, short holiday period, Annabel and Eleanor will personally care for your pet and will form a bond through regular personal contact.
It is a condition of the license, that all cats boarded with Baytree Cattery are vaccinated and that the annual booster is up to date. On receipt of a vet's letter, exceptions can be made to cats where a medical condition prevents a cat being vaccinated. You will need to bring your vaccination certificate with you when you bring your cat to the cattery.
We hope that you never have recourse to complain about the standards or the care provided for your pet at Baytree Cattery. However, if you feel that there is something you wish to complain about, please direct your comments to either Annabel or Eleanor who will gladly help to sort out your problem amicably and as quickly as possible.
Please give us as much notice as possible if cancelling your booking. If the notice is under 24 hours we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Non-Payment of Boarding Fees
We reserve the right to re-home your cat(s) if payment of boarding is not forthcoming.
